Matthew moved here recently from Nashville, TN with his wife, who is a Teach for America teacher at Lyon Elementary School. He is a certified Journey Baker, and has experience working in an artisan bakery in Nashville. Matthew makes various fresh-baked breads with organic flour and basic, natural ingredients. His breads do not include preservatives, which means they taste best on the day they are baked. All of his breads will be baked fresh before the market on Saturday mornings.
